Orange Sorbet


 

Sorbet - Orange

Ingredients:
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp Orange zest

Instructions:
Bring water and sugar to boil.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool.

Process syrup and fruit in batches in a food processor.

Cover and chill in freezer for 2 hours.

Remove from freezer and mash until slushy.

Return to freezer until firm.

Repeat the previous two steps until Sorbet is smooth and easy to scoop.
