Choc Chip Cookies

 

Ingredients:
250 g butter softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain flour
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F)
Blend together all wet ingredients until thorughly mixed and creamy.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixed flour and stir enough to powder all the chips in flour.
Add the chocolate and flour to the wet mixture.
Fold and blend until a cooky dough is formed.
Using a Penny (small) Ice Cream Scoop, scoop out small rounds of cooky dough and place on a dry cooky slide. Leaving enough room for slightly spreading.
Press down lightly on each cooky with a dry fork dusted in flour to stop dough from sticking.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Or until lightly golden brown.
