Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- extra flour as needed
Instructions:
- Blend together the butter, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Sift flour in mixing and kneading as you do this.
- Add small amounts (Tablespoons) of extra flour until it is firm.
- Role the dough out to 1/2 and inch.
- Use cookie cutters to make the shapes you want.
- Place on cookie slide or tray.
- Place in a preheated oven 162°C (325°F).
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until firm.
- Cool on wire rack.
