French Onion Dip

Ingredients:

  • 250g Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
  • 500ml Sour Cream
  • 1 packet French Onion Soup
  • 4 Tbs Chives


Instructions:

  • Blend together the cream cheese and sour cream until well blended and smooth.
  • Continue to blend while adding the French onion soup (powder)
  • When well blended, add the chives and store in a clean sealable container.

NB: This can taste better when allowed to age slightly.
NB: Makes roughly 4 cups of dip.
