French Onion Dip
Ingredients:
- 250g Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
- 500ml Sour Cream
- 1 packet French Onion Soup
- 4 Tbs Chives
Instructions:
- Blend together the cream cheese and sour cream until well blended
and smooth.
- Continue to blend while adding the French onion soup (powder)
- When well blended, add the chives and store in a clean sealable
container.
NB: This can taste better when allowed to age slightly.
NB: Makes roughly 4 cups of dip.
