Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
1/2 stick copha
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g marshmallows
3 box Biscuit Base
Instructions:
Make biscuit base as per instructions.
Line slice tray with baking paper.
(a little spray oil on tray holds paper)
Spread biscuit evenly and lightly spray the edges where the fudge
will be touching and sticking.
Place chocolate, condensed milk, copha and marshmallows in a medium
heavy sauce pan.
Cook on lowest heat until smooth and creamy or until soft ball stage
is reached. Stirring constantly using a heavy spoon. Never leave it!
When smooth and blended, pour into prepared slice tray.
Refrigerate two hours.
