Basic Scones


Ingredients
:
2 cups self raising flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs butter
1 cup milk

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven 250°
2) Line sheet with Glad Bake
3) Mix in flour and salt
4) Rub in butter
5) Add milk and mix with two knives
6) Place on lightly floured board
7) Knead lightly until mixed
8) Roll out to roughly 2cm
9) Cut into rounds using either a class glass or scone cutter
10) Place on cooking sheet and brush tops with milk
11) Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Quantity:
This depends on the size of Scone Cutter you use.
