Peanut Brittle


Ingredients
:
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup (Sugar Syrup)
2 Cups Raw peanuts (no shells or skins)

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a semi heavy sauce pan.
Cook constantly stirring to avoid burning.
Watch till sugar has dissolved and turns a golden brown.
Peanuts at this point should start to 'Pop' open.
Quickly pour onto a lightly greased or buttered cookie sheet.
(If the cookie sheet has been warmed it makes it easier)
Cool and break into pieces.

Notes:
I like this as it doesn't use too many ingredients and is rather easy to make.
