Ingredients:
2 cups Raspberries
Vinegar
3 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Place berries in a sealable glass jar and pour enough vinegar to cover
the berries.
Seal and let stand for 5 days, shaking and releasing built up fermented
gas each day.
Strain liquid into a semi heavy pot and add sugar.
Simmer over low heat till sugar is dissolved.
Allow to gently come to a boil until it starts to thicken.
Pour in to a glass drink bottle with a re-sealable top.
Mix 1 part cordial to 2 parts water.
