Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cps diced smoked ham
2 cps grated tasty cheese
1 cp diced onion
300 mls fresh cream
1 cp chedder cheese
1 cp parmesan cheese
1 sheet puff pastry
Instructions:
Line quiche dish with puff pastry sheet. Poke with holes.
Cover with foil and fill with uncooked (baking or blind) rice.
Blind bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients and pour into prepared base.
(after removing the rice and foil)
Cover with a layer of grated chedder and parmesan.
Cook on medium for 35-45 minutes. Until firm and golden brown.
Notes: Try using a mixed cheese such as the Mexican 3 Cheese Mix.
