Ingredients:
500 gr Strawberry
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
1 tsp Citric Acid

Instructions:
Place in a large sauce pan.
Simmer till sugar dissolved, stirring.
Mash strawberries. Simmer 6-12 minutes, not stirring.
Force mixture through a fine strainer to remove seeds and excess flesh.
Pour into clean sealable bottle. Lay on side to sterylise top.
Refrigerate.

Quantity: Roughly 750mls.

Notes: Mix 1 part cordial to 4 parts water.
