Ingredients:
125 g Parmesan, grated
2 cloves Garlic (or 1 Tbs Garlic Salt)
1/2 cup Pinenuts
1 cup Basil Leaves, packed
1/2 cup Oil
Instructions:
Place first four ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth.
Slowly add the oil while it is still being blended.
Bottle in a clean jar and refrigerate till needed.
