Ingredients:
Centre
2 kl Seasoned Mince
2 Tbs Oil
Topping
2 Egg
2 1/2 cups Milk
2 cups Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Butter, melted
Instructions:
Cook mince in oil till lightly brown.
Spray a baking dish with oil.
Pour mince into the baking dish and level.
Make pancake by blending the topping ingredients until smooth.
Pour evenly over mince to create a top layer.
Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
Or till golden brown.
Quantity:
Makes roughly 4 meals.
Note: This is a variation to the traditional Toad in a Hole recipe
used in England. Where Pork Sausage is used as the base, and the pancake
batter is poured over the top.
