Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups unbleached p flour
1/2 cup Oatmeal
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and oatmeal
Mix thoroughly.
Knead 5 minutes till smooth.
Roll out to 1/4" thick.
Cut into 6x4" squares.
Score halfway through with a knife.
Place on greased slide.
Bake @ 165°C for 20-25 minutes.
Or until lightly golden brown.

This is a variation to the recipe posted on the Internet. I find the
Oatmeal adds a natural texture and flavour to the bread.
