Ice Cream Bread


Ingredients:
2 cups ice cream
2 cups s\r flour
1 cup muesli
1 cup apple juice

Instructions:
Place muesli and apple juice in a sauce pan and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain well and add to ice cream and flour and mix till well blended.
(Add more flour if too wet)
Put into a well oiled bread tin.
Bake @ 190°C for 25-30 minutes. Or until a skewer comes out dry.

Quantity:
Makes 1 standard loaf.
