Peach Jam

Ingredients:
2 cups peaches
3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
1 cups water
2 cups fruit juice
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 packet jamsetta

Method:
Peel and removes stones.

Mince fruit in processor.
Put all ingridient (except jamsetta) in a medium jam pot.
Boil for 30 minutes stiring often.
Add jamsetta.
Stir in with wire whisk or heavy spoon.
Simmer till jamsetta is dissolved.
Jars as standard
