Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cabbage, no centre
1 Cauliflower, trimmed
1 tsp garlic salt
3 Tbs butter
To thicken:
1 egg yoke
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Place first five ingredients in a pot and simmer till vegetables are
soft.
Mix egg yoke and milk, than add to simmering soup to thicken.
Serve with a dollop of fresh sour cream.
