Ingredients:
2 kg Zucchini washed
1 Onions chopped
150 gr Ham chopped
1 Cup Cheese grated
1 Cup S/R Flour
6 Eggs beaten

Instructions:
Grate unhealed zucchini coarsely into a large mixing bawl

Add onion, ham, cheese, flour, eggs and mix well

Bake mod (180°) 30-40 minutes
Or until lightly browned and a skewer comes out dry
