Plum Jam

Ingredients:
4 Cups plums
4 Cups white sugar
1 Cup Water
1 tsp citric acid
1 pack Jamsetta

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry plums.

  2. Place whole plums (with stones), sugar, water and citric acid in a large pot on low heat

  3. Simmer for three hours, stirring frequently.

  4. Remove from heat and strain to remove stones.

  5. Return to low heat

  6. Add Jamsetta and stir constantly until dissolved.

  7. Pour into clean prepared jars
