Ingredients:
4 Cups plums
4 Cups white sugar
1 Cup Water
1 tsp citric acid
1 pack Jamsetta
Instructions:

Wash and dry plums.

Place whole plums (with stones), sugar, water and citric acid in
a large pot on low heat

Simmer for three hours, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and strain to remove stones.
-
Return to low heat
-
Add Jamsetta and stir constantly until dissolved.

Pour into clean prepared jars
