Ingredients:
Filling 500 g
Philly Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs lemon Juice
2 tsp lemon zest*
1 tsp vanilla
300 ml thickened cream
1 Tbs gelatine
1/2 cup orange juice (This adds a unique taste)

Instructions:
01) Whip cream until soft peak stage.
02) Beat cream cheese until softened.
03) Add sugar and beat till smooth.
04) Add lemon juice, zest & vanilla.
05) Beat until well mixed.
06) Add whipped cream to mixture.
07) Mix well with metal spoon.
08) Put orange juice and gelatine in saucepan.
09) Heat and stir until gelatine dissolves.
10) Blend into cream mixture.
11) Pour into prepared pan.
12) Chill until set, 3-4 hours
