Ingredients:
100 g plain flour
75 g rice flour
50 g sugar
100 g butter
1 dash cardamom (optional)
1 dash cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1 put flour, sugar and spices in a bowl and mix well
2 cut butter and rub into flour until like bread crumbs
3 gather into ball and knead until smooth and well blended
4 make into a roll and wrap in baking paper
5 shape into a square tube
6 refrigerate until firm
7 cut into wafers or slices
8 place on lightly greased cookie sheet or slide.
9 Cook 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
