Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Breast
Seasoned Flour
~ 2 cups Plain Flour
~ 1 tsp Salt
~ 1 tsp Paprika
Egg Wash
~ 4 eggs
~ 1/4 cup milk
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
~ Bread Crumbs
~ Garlic Salt

Instructions:
Flatten chicken with mallet.
Dust each piece in flour.
Dip in egg wash.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Lay on clean paper towel till ready to cook in hot oil.
Fry each piece in a flat pan filled with oil until golden brown.
(Keep in mind that the oils heat will continue to cook the chicken)
Server with whole potato and fresh vegetables.
