Chicken Pot Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 250g Grated Cheese
  • 250g Shredded Chicken
  • 250g Shredded Bacon


Instructions:

  • Mix egss and sour cream.
  • Add shredded chicken, bacon and cheese
    • Reserve a portion of cheese for the topping
  • Spray ramekins with oil.
  • Fill each ramekin 90% of mixture.
  • Spread remaining cheese over each.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown and skewer comes out clean.
