Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Discated Coconut
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Caster Sugar

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180'C
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until just combined
  • Pour mnixture into a baking paper lined loaf tin
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and a skewer comes out dry
  • Remove and allow to cool before icing
