Notes: Personally I found the Alchemist both insightful and annoying.
Yes it was insightful with many unique messages and hidden spiritual
meanings woven in the main story line. Yet what I found annoying was
the actual style in which it was written. At times overly simple.
While at others jumping from places to place. As if there had been
bits cut out of the narrative to make it fit into a shorter format
or text size.
As odd or perhaps incredible as this may sound. And by saying this
I imagine a lot of people will be either offended or at odds. But
for some light reading before bed time, I'd recommend this book.
