Message:
Lent is something different for each of us.

As Christians enter this time, it could be easy to seen that there are as many ways of sensing, experiencing and sharing this Lent Journey, as there are Christians.

For one it is the giving up of something so that someone else may benefit for this sacrifice.

For another it is a time of special prayer times and fasting.

For one it is a time of focusing on the journey our Lord and Saviour took on the road to the cross.

And for others it is perhaps all this and more.

I believe we need to each meet the Lord in our own special way. As we are made unique by Gods loving hand. And as we are each blessed with unique gifts of the Holy Spirit. So it is only natural that we we each seek a special way in which we may serve and follow Jesus each day.

It's our time, our journey, with our closest friend the Lord.



Prayer:
Lord, we take this time to follow you.
To listen closely as you share with us
those special words that will help us
grow in your love and wisdom.

Please accept this my offering of
